HVC is Moving

HVC is moving from our current office at 432 Hunter St Newcastle to new premises at Level 1, 810 Hunter St Newcastle West, right near Stewart Avenue. The move will allow us to cater for our expanding services and the diverse sector that we serve.

We will be closing our doors on Friday the 13th August and reopening at our new premises on Monday the 23rd August. During this time there will be continued, but minimal service to our members. There may also be outages to our web service and email as we move our servers to the new location. We apologise for this and thank you for your patience and understanding.

Due to technical issues beyond our control, some functions of our website will be unavailable between the 14th and 23rd of August. These issues will affect member organisations that want to add or edit information in our database.

UPDATE 16/08/2010
After advising us that we could take our existing phone numbers with us and that our phones and internet would be down for a minimal time, we have now been told that this is not possible. To Telstra's credit, they have fast-tracked the connection of our new phone lines (which we hope will be up and running by 19/08/2010).

Our new phone number will be 4940 0077.
